Tony Clear.

Hi I am Tony Clear. I have been a self employed landscape gardener for over fifty years and have carried out a large number of contracts , in both construction and maintenance around hospitals , schools, fire stations etc. I have carried out private contracts locally and in London. It is with this background that I thought that I might be of some use on the council. This may or may not be the case.
I love tractors.
ABOUT US
Alan Biddlecombe.

I have been living in Sheet since 1997, and I am finding new aspects of the Parish every day. I am a retired company director, having worked in Design Engineering and Technical Recruitment. I now volunteer with the South Downs National Park, and this gives me an insight into environmental management, and how we enjoy our open spaces. I am keen to encourage the appreciation of the unique countryside we live in, and support the local groups that use our facilities, that keep the village thriving and vibrant.

Gail Martin
I have spent my life in education and research, both in Britain and abroad. I have lived in Sheet since 1999. Since retiring I have worked in the Criminal Justice System concentrating on the welfare of children. As a councillor I am particularly concerned to see that the village is a place where all residents, young and old, feel happy and secure.

Will Glancy
I have lived in Village Street for 35 years. I am married to Clare and we have three children; Jack, Abigail and Spin, all of whom have been educated in Sheet.I am a member of the Village Association and have been involved in planning and delivering local events over the years. I am a Chartered Surveyor and I run my own business from recording studios in the centre of the Village.

Robin Forrest
A retired General Dental Practitioner, Robin and his family have lived in the same house in Pulens Lane, Sheet since 1983. No experience at all of council committee work but happy to learn and use my skills, hopefully to the benefit of the Parish.
Aware that although the identity of the village itself is very strong, at least a third of the parish electorate lives south of the old London Road, and this shouldn't be lost sight of.

Brian Bird
I have lived in Village Street, Sheet since 1985. I was married in Sheet Church , have two children who have both been christened in Sheet Church and who both attended Sheet Primary School.
I run a local bespoke woodworking business and I like to get things done.
I believe very strongly in the community and have great respect for the history and traditions of the village.

Ron Dark
I've lived in Sheet for 25 years, bringing up 3 children in the village, and have always enjoyed being involved in the local community. In particular, I served for more than ten years as a Governor and Chair of Governors at Sheet school, and loyally support other village institutions.
Whilst my career choice of accountancy has little to commend it, at least I have considerable experience of producing and auditing the financial statements of local authorities, including many of the parishes of East Hampshire.
